It was my mission to eat as much as I could the two weeks I had in South Korea. We walked for hours, I mean, HOURS, every day to conquer as much ground as we could. My poor son was exhausted, but he was a trooper.
Growing up, we primarily ate Korean food. The only times we didn't, were when we went out to a restaurant (which wasn't very often). But eating Korean food in the motherland blew my mind. I knew it was going to be amazing, but I wasn't prepared for how amazing.
I should have known better coming from a culture that asks you "have you eaten" as one of their greetings. I am not going to post the hundreds of photos of food here, but I'll give you a sampling that was taken from my phone. You think I was going to carry my heavy camera around everywhere? I did tell you in the beginning that I was on a mission to eat, right? No joke.
